Cincinnati, Ohio, in the huge United States of America, is ready to warm the souls of the heat treatment industry with the twenty-sixth edition of Heat Treat, conference organized by ASM, from October 31st to November 2nd.
Among the topics of this year: the techniques of induction heating, hardening and brazing, heat treatment of light alloys and small gears, emerging technologies, microstructures and vacuum. There will be also exhibitions, short trainings and debates.
The vacuum is without doubt the most innovative technology in recent years, it allows to reach more cleanliness and it avoids further post-processing steps, it also makes the materials stronger and ready for further processing.
